2.1 Currency

3. Customization and Design Agreement

For custom rugs, the design and price are agreed upon with the customer before proceeding with production. Once both parties approve the design, the order cannot be changed or modified.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. As all orders begin production or are shipped immediately, cancellations are not possible.
